Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy & Bodywork

My love for holistic massage therapy is rooted in the belief that true healing encompasses not just the physical body but also the spirit within. With over 13 years of experience, I have honed my skills in various massage techniques, creating a unique and tailored experience for each client. Whether you seek relaxation, stress relief, performance enhancement, or relief from physical discomfort, I am committed to providing a world-class and rejuvenating experience.

  • Swedish Massage

This foundational style forms the core of my expertise. Swedish is not just a technique; it’s a holistic approach that embraces the body as a whole, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for a deep sense of relaxation.

Fun fact: Swedish is the most common western style of massage taught in schools!

  • Deep Tissue & Sports Massage

My specialty! I am dually Board Certified in therapeutic massage and sports massage. I've worked with a wide range of athletes: CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, golf, cheerleading, jujitsu, triathletes, cyclists, track, marathon runners, and hockey.

Fun fact: Deep tissue is a technique, not the amount of pressure applied!

  • Energy Work

I am a reiki master and polarity practitioner. Energy work is like a massage for your soul. Can be done alone fully clothed, or incorporated into a massage. Can include gentle laying of hands, energy points, sound bowls, and crystals.

Fun fact: Reiki is what led me to become a massage therapist!

  • Cupping

Experience the unique pull and release of cupping; glass or silicone tools utilizing suction to create a similar effect as deep tissue. Instead of steamrolling, it pulls the meat off the bones.

Fun fact: My glass cup is my most favorite tool to use!

  • RockTape

A brand of kinesio-tape laid on the skin that encourages proprioception and the movement of fluid. Can aid in pain reduction, postural assistance, and performance enhancement. This tape is left on the skin after the session.

Fun fact: When I did my first RockTape training, I left a lot of it on for almost a month!

  • Thai Massage

Done on the floor (padded) and clothed, this allows me to use my full body to stretch and massage your body. It is done in 30 minute segments, and can be a stand-alone session or added onto a longer massage.

Fun fact: I completed this certification on an Alaskan cruise!

  • RockBlades

Akin to the Graston technique, I use these scraping tools to break down fascia and promote overall well-being.

Fun fact: I was in the inaugural training class for RockBlades!

  • Prenatal Massage

Expecting? Relax and recover with a specialized 60-minute session for mothers-to-be. Special propped and side-lying positions are utilized to accommodate the belly.

Fun fact: I didn’t perform these massages for the first 3 years of my career because I was scared!

  • Equine/Pet Massage & Energy Work

Extend the gift of wellness to your animal friends. From horses to birds, and many in between, I offer massage and reiki to animals in need.

Fun fact: I ventured to Alabama in 2020 for an equine massage training and ended up being the only one in class because of Covid!

  • Yoga & Mobility Work

I completed my 200-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training in 2016, and I used to specialize in aerial yoga. I have trained under experts from The Ready State (formerly MobilityWOD), CrossFit, and Gymnastics Bodies in many mobility modalities.

Fun fact: I went to Costa Rica for an intensive orthopedic yoga training for the lower back!
